    "content": "CocoRosie is a 20ft insulated shipping container on metal stilts (to create storage underneath). She is capped with a reclaimed classic wooden boat from the 1930’s!\n\nShe’s been our tiny-home for 6 years and have been improving her along the way, with most renovations occurring in the last 2 years. She’d be perfect as a holiday rental or guest lodging, home office or tiny-house living.\n\nThe full kitchen comes furnished with white goods, a gas stove, electric double oven with extraction fan, and a large Belfast sink \nwith a hot water heater operated by foot pedals. It has custom oak worktops, and plenty of bespoke pantry and homeware storage.\n\nThe living area can accommodate a sofa bed and/or home office. It features built-in repurposed cabinetry in the stairs (to access the boat loft) that double as storage, and bookshelves. There are storage shelves and a coat rack by the entrance, a wood-burning stove and a clothes drying rack above. The finished floors are made of reclaimed timber.\n\nThe attic feels like being in the belly of a whale! as it features whitewashed wood floors, exposed boat ribs and portholes from the boat that offer cozy views. We’ve used this for attic storage and a summer guest room with a double futon mattress, and conveniently located electric outlets and switches. The transom (back of boat) features a unique custom-built window that brings plenty of light to the space.\n\nAs we currently have showers+toilets access in the boatyard we only have need for a bidet. This area (and/or the lean-to) has the potential to be converted to a bathroom/laundry set-up.\n\nCocoRosie is currently located in a boatyard in Torpoint a few metres from the estuary, in a great location to commute to Plymouth and enjoy the beauty of Rame peninsula.
