Small lounge area, fitted kitchen with butler sink and water heater. Electric points throughout with a fuse box. Easy external connections for drainage,water and electric. \nAll materials present to do the finishing touches - tiles for the kitchen, coving, wire housings and skirting boards. I do have cladding for the exterior but have had no time to put it on, this is available to purchase by separate negotiation. \nCompletely water tight and proofed, have lived in this coming up two years and never had any issues. \nKeeps toasty warm in the winter with a tiny electric radiator. \nOriginal plans had a tiny bathroom but ran out of funds/time to complete. You could make it what you want! \nBased in BH21, access road just to the rear of the container so easy for truck removal, can recommend a fab company.
