Hello and welcome to Tiny House Grove, our corner of the internet for tiny houses in the UK.
We started it because we kept seeing the same gap: lots of interest in tiny living, and lots of brilliant small builders around the country, but no single place to see what they make.
So that's what this is:
- For buyers: browse homes from UK builders, compare prices, sizes and build times, and message the builder directly. It's free, and you don't need an account.
- For builders: a free shop page for your models, with enquiries straight to your inbox. No website needed. See how it works.
These guides are where we share what we learn along the way, from first questions to planning, costs and finding land.
Whether you're curious, actively looking, or building them yourself, we're glad you're here.
