Wooden tiny house build on a new VLEMMIX flatbed tiny house trailer chassis. This is a road legal trailer comes with a type approved "EU certificate of conformity" which means it can be used in the UK and Europe up to 3,5 tonnes. It have integrated stands. The sizes: - 2530mm wide - 6000mm long (6300mm with the roof overhang). Without the "A frame". - 3970mm high (ground to the highest point) - Wight: under 3,5 tonnes. The inside have a living room, a kitchen area with worktops on the left and right side. There are also some shelves for storage and an under worktop fridge freezer. There is a small bathroom with a shower, a basin and a normal water toilet with a sliding door. Upstairs we have a cosy sleeping loft which fits a normal double mattress. Walls, floor and frontroof: - standard wooden construction (spruce) - 8cm hampwool insulation - air- and hydroprotection membranes from "Proclima". These membranes are high quality products and providing a "Intelligent hydrosafe airtight vapour control" to protect the walls against humidity. - walls inside: poplar plywood panels - outside walls: larch cladding boards Windows, door and glasroof: - all windows are double glazed - all are top hung windows with a vent - all opening to the outside which keeps the space inside free. - only the big back window is a fixed one and not openable. - in total 4 big windows downstairs in the living room and kitchen. One small in the bathroom and two small in the loft - the glass door is massively and opening to the outside too. - specials: the back roof is fully covered by a multiwall light roof which brings a lot of light from the top inside. - generally all windows, the door and the light roof together bringing a lot of light inside which was a part of the design concept and makes everything a lot brighter. Water, Gas, Electricity - all 230V sockets and LED light system professional installed, proved and certified - fire alarm and Carbon-monoxide-detector also professional installed and certified - instand gas boiler in a smal separate shed on the front of the house for heating up the water for the kitchen sink, the bathroom basin and the shower - integrated stainless steel gas hob with 4 burners in the right kitchen worktop. - gas and water system professional installed and certified as well Feel free to send us an email if you're interested.
